Fish are the first known vertebrates, can live in any type of water environment and are the stepping stone to all land walking animals. The most evolution happened between the time periods of Silurian and Devonian, 5 to 3.2 million years ago, when jawless fish became more diverse. The jaws evolved in the gills, small bones began to from in the slits, and then fused together with the skull. The Tetrapod was the first true legged fish that could walk on land. Most of the fish are now extinct except for a few. After the few that had a successful creation of a limb, they started to reproduce and then the true limb began to form on the new animal. Although scientists have found many fossils and put together part of their evolution, there is still many things to still learn about fish.  http://serendip.brynmawr.edu/exchange/node/1904

snakes are a very good pet to have they is a speices that can have legs you just dont see them.
Beetles
About how beetles are changing color so their predators cant find them as easily.
This mutation makes it harder for their predator to find the brown beetles then to find the green beetles.

Dog Noses: The Master of Evolution!

Dog noses are a great example of evolution. With dog noses, it all depended on the DNA sequences. With these genetic codings, obvious hints of evolution are shown.

Evolution of Frogs

Evolution of Frogs

Awesome Article!

About 230 million years ago, frogs had teeth.  Professor John J. Wiens from The Department of Ecology and Evolution.  These frogs had to adapt because they didnt have long tongues in that time period.  They only had sharp teeth and struggled to eat.  Their diet consists of bugs and they couldnt catch bugs as easily.  Its said that with "Dolo's Law" these frogs will never lose their long tongues.

Lizards dodging death.

Lizards are evolving right beneath our feet.  in areas where lizards are indigenous, to avoid predators they usually will try to blend inn with there surroundings.  but another species has also evolved to still hunt the lizards even when they lend perfectly in with the ground.  these are red fire ants.  they attack the lizards without the lizard even knowing, because it still thinks its safe, so they slowly kill the lizard.  and with these lizards now dying they began to change their tactics of escaping their predators.  while some remain staying still the others now dance away to get off the ants.  they shake and twist and rapidly move to get off the thousands of fire ants attacking them so they can remain alive.  this is a great example of evolution because we will eventually be able to see them evolving with our own eyes that they once stood still and now the dance for saftey.
